The Team
Our Data Technology and Analytics practice helps businesses build world class technology assets.
We work as an extension of our Deloitte member firms’ data technology and analytics practices and provide dedicated solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Working on international assignments involving cross-border and cross-service line teams allows you to build your network across the vast Global Deloitte network.
We also have an active international secondment program for our analysts after they gain relevant experience as we believe this plays a crucial role in their overall career and personal development.
Work you’ll do
Our Data Technology and Analytics team strives to provide data driven actionable insights through deep analytics and technology; hence the emphasis is unique – it is driven more towards the problem-solving thinking; forming a very different mindset to the given engagements. The nature of projects demands making logical decisions, making sure that business requirements are well understood, technical needs are clear, and the delivery is done with the highest quality and as per timelines. The engagements come in from across industries/domains.
We are looking for a passionate Senior Analytics Manager who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on the challenge of growing the Analytics and Technology business in a market-facing role. You will work in a vibrant analytics team in a dynamic business environment to uncover pockets of growth through partnering with stakeholders across geographies, building analytics capabilities in Financial Advisory, driving asset development, collaborating across service lines, mining multiples sources of data, turning it into actionable insights and translating complex analytics into business opportunities.
You will lead in:
- Develop and operationalize the information technology strategy. Recommend short- and long-term IT goals and objectives to business leaders.
- Provide expert and strategic advice to members of the leadership team on all technology matters a
- Coach, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, leading them to meet or exceed expectations for productivity, quality, and achievement.
Create a culture of IT professionals focused on deep business alignment, accountability for outcomes, and continuous improvement. Drive transformational change and innovation while balancing business, infrastructure, and technology needs.
- Ensure key business strategies and processes are supported by technology systems that enable growth and flexibility.
- Provide leadership and guidance to IT department to achieve secure, reliable, and cost-effective operations of IT infrastructure and applications.
- Effectively establish and manage the IT budget
- Seek and evaluate emerging technologies and educate business stakeholders on the potential for new technologies to deliver return on investment by enabling business
innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Technology or related field
- A master’s degree in computer science is preferred
- Proof of continued education, such as software certifications, is desirable
- Digital project management experience a plus
- Sound working knowledge of IT operations, systems, and developments
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in technology industry
- 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory capacity
