    This role will support the Talent Operations team and its efforts to drive M&A Talent services for high-level internal business clients. The Talent Business Analyst will support the day-to-day operational needs, use data to identify and build operational efficiencies, best practices and help to drive M&A Talent services and firm wide talent objectives. The ideal candidate will be analytical, organized, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously, and be able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

    What You Will Do:

    As a Business Analyst you will help to foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture in the following ways:

    Proactively deliver value using appropriate tools that can be translated into meaningful information by Business Advisors to help provide creative solutions on business issues;

    • Leveraging appropriate tools and reports to proactively deliver value add metrics and insights to support business decisions and/or help provide creative solutions to business issues
    • Managing various reports as needed to support and inform key M&A Talent priorities and initiatives
    • Own and manage data entry into systems for projects as needed.
    • Applying logical structuring/storyboarding concepts to create presentations and other business communications that resonate with and influence the business
    • Collaborating with various Talent COEs & CTS to ensure effective service delivery across the Talent channels
    • Liaising with other Talent teams, both internal and external to HR, for unique perspectives and best practices for consideration

    Talent team offers HR solutions by tapping into the different aspects of HR policies, to ensure every professional’s engagement with the organization is meaningful. It is structured into five major organizations: Talent Acquisition, Talent Delivery, Talent Development, Talent Specialties and Talent Operations. As part of the Talent Operations team, you will work with our business leaders, foster change throughout the organization and ensure that Talent strategies are aligned with the firm’s culture


    Qualifications:


    Education:

    Required:

    • Education: Undergraduate or Equivalent Degree
    • Experience Required: Analyst: 2-4 yrs.; Required Skills:
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Excel, PPT, Outlook)
    • Strong organization and PMO skills
    • Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate story using data, provide a POV, and accurate deliverables
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to properly handle confidential information
    • Ability to build and manage relationships in a complex, virtual, matrixed environment
    • Ability to manage ambiguity across multiple priorities and to know when to escalate issues

    Preferred Skills:

    • Support Business Advisors to serve as a cultural steward by collaborating with the Business Advisor to develop communications regarding Talent strategies, programs and services
    • Work with business leaders and FSS communications team to establish regular cadence/calendar of talent communications
    • Good knowledge of talent, technology trends, analytics,
