Work you’ll do
- Conduct deep dive requirements elicitation workshops for complex, multi-faceted business processes
- Become true end-to-end subject matter expert to understand business needs and interpret desired application(s) outcomes
- Interface at Senior Executive level to communicate clear plans for issue resolution and challenge existing assumptions/behaviors
- Think at a strategic level to articulate justification of priorities for multiple program features and roadmap dependencies
- Lead and document formal requirements, use cases, and user stories which ensure that the software solutions developed and tested are fit for purpose, meet business needs, and are operationally sustainable
- Must be able to work alongside the product & team leadership to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise operations
- Provide quality assurance (QA) needs by helping to create and execute the roadmap through releases including leading the requirements and testing to stakeholder expectations
- Exemplify dedicated adherence to disciplines outlined in project “Ways of Working” framework to guide teams to success
- Keep abreast of business solutions and suggest new process improvements
- Work with stakeholders and SME’s for product, process, and cross organizational business needs
- Interact with existing leads to ensure adoption and good client experience

Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in technology industry – familiarity with product and service management
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in product development
- Consultative approach, including ability to provide strategy and vision to meet customer needs
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a varied workload with multiple stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to deliver accordingly based on audience members including the C-Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, or related field of study
Preferred:
- Experience with SAFe methodology
- Prior experiences in same-level companies, e.g. “Big 4”
