Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited (“Deloitte Tax in India”) commenced operations in June 2004. Since then, nearly all of the Deloitte Tax LLP (“Deloitte Tax”) U.S. service lines and regions have obtained support through Deloitte Tax in India. In recent years, member firms, such as Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, etc. have obtained support in their tax practices through the Deloitte Tax in India.

Work you’ll do
Deloitte’s Tax & Legal Ventures Product Operations and Support group is responsible for implementing and supporting multiple Tax software products and services throughout Deloitte (UK and overseas). Activities range from product support, access provision for users, Global Outsource support to internal and external users and systems, supporting the UK corporate tax practice to efile returns, enabling external users to file VAT returns online amongst a number of other areas.
You will be part of the team that offers support to Deloitte’s products, internal and external users, providing specialized QA services and reports, ensuring system updates, issues, admin requests and general support requirements are carried out efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be involved in manual Quality Assurance of products
- Develop and provide client reports
- Provide system administration support across a number of tax service lines, applications and offerings
- 1st line support for troubleshooting, assisting users with resolutions and escalation to appropriate global teams
- Apply a methodical and logical approach to identifying and solving problems
- Be involved in ad-hoc system/project implementation activities as part of a broader team
- Be involved with User Acceptance Testing across a range of products/applications
A successful candidate should have:
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize workloads, together with the ability to handle deadlines and respond well under pressure
- Ability to adhere to standard policies and procedures
- Keen interest in problem solving
- Ability to understand new applications
- Ability to operate as a member of a team and work unsupervised
- Good level of education with Math’s and English Language as part of their curriculum
- Good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft applications
- Flexible in approach to work
- Keen to learn new skills
- Needs to be articulate, friendly and confident
Qualifications & Skills:
- Any graduate – With computers skills as part of their curriculum
- 1+ years’ experience supporting MNC clients while working in a corporate environment
- Experience in product support
- Experience using entire MS office Suite
- Good Presentation skills

Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM IST
