Position Summary
SR. Analyst – CRP – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
Join the team that is aligned to CBS and will work as part of an extended UK team for the industry in order to establish strong working relations. It is expected that the role will sit within teams of up to a maximum of 5 individuals and will report to the Assistant Manager. The Sr.Analyst role will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the CRP team.
Work you’ll do
As a part of CRP team, you will be responsible for:

- Database management: Help create/maintain standard protocols, materials, and tools for enabling the team to improve efficiency in servicing its clients/stakeholders.
- Establish knowledge management system Teams and other programme repositories
- Research & Analysis: Contribute to relevant background work to ensure the success of the campaign/initiative – Includes secondary research, CRM, basic data analysis, completing forms
- Mailbox Management: Managing day to day logistics of client programs. In case of events: answer FAQs, redirecting queries and providing status on registration responses, etc.
- Scheduling of meetings and calls with multiple stakeholders and monitor acceptances
- Support programme leads in business development activities like lead generation
- Help the team lead in reporting, developing SOP and process documentation
- Will be one point of contact for all programme activities

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
The Team
The CBS team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization in the UK with a wide variety of capabilities like financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative service and helpdesk support, marketing and IT services
Qualifications
Required:

- Any Graduate / MBA. Background in Finance, Marketing and/or Business desirable
- 2 – 4 years of relevant experience
- Customer Research or Marker Research experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and MS Word
- Experience of working in professional services / multi stakeholder environment.
- Information gathering, event and campaign management experience.

Preferred:
- Understanding of digital channels, including email marketing website content, and social media
- Excellent communication skills. Able to communicate in writing at all levels, displaying advance email etiquette
- Ability to independently manage client requests and stakeholder communications
- Strong experience in market research, information assimilation and synthesis of the data
- Proven ability to create dashboards and present the information in a logical flow. Ability to present data analysis in graphical and tabular formats
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
