    Position Summary

    CoRe, Deloitte’s global business services organization, supports the Global Strategy by delivering consistent quality and measurable value across the global network by developing new and innovative approaches beyond current member firm capabilities.

    As part of the CoRe Digital, Data, Analytics, and Innovation team, you will be partnering with your colleagues in leveraging the full breadth of Deloitte’s global capabilities in service to our clients with a focus on empowering teams to design, implement and maintain robotic process automation working with best in class process and tools.


    Job Responsibilities:

    The Operations manager will be responsible for managing operations PMO for DDAI including end to end project management, liasioning between various teams and stakeholders, managing program initiatives and process excellence for DDAI.

    • Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of the project by actively participating in all phases of the project.
    • Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project
    • Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements and monitor the same for the successful delivery of the project(s) to an agreed scope.
    • Manages the change control procedure gaining agreement for revisions to the project(s) from project sponsors.
    • Prepares and maintains realistic project, quality, and risk plans. Monitors and controls team performance against each plan.
    • Provides reports to senior management as required.
    • Actively represents the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business
    • Gives clear direction to stakeholders and project team to enable them carryout their duties effectively
    • Produces appropriate documentation to support the project plan

    Finance PMO

    • Takes responsibility for the financial forecasting, reporting and operational metrics tracking
    • Analyze financial data and create Dashboards for leadership for decision making
    • Effectively report financial performance and prepare for leadership review
    • Understand the P&L and Trail balance and provide inputs for leadership
    • Create and perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
    • Track and report the onshore Travel expenses based on leadership requirement
    • Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
    • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
    • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
    • Timely tracking and reporting of Headcount report
    • Tracking and analyzing the headcount with Baseline, and work closely on developing efficiency

    Business / Industry knowledge

    • Demonstrate deep understanding of Deloitte’s businesses, industries and trends in Data Management and Reporting domain.
    • Work with senior leaders in business and resource planning, recruiting strategy, process development and implementation, broader team wide change management projects / initiatives
    • Demonstrate strong understanding of firm policies and risk management elements

    Relationship Management

    • Maintain strong relationships and conduct regular meetings with key stakeholders in strategic functional business areas
    • Act as trusted independent advisor for the aligned team

    Experience:
    3.5-6 years


    Skill Requirements:
    • Demonstrate strong understanding of Project management life cycle to track and manage allocated projects end to end
    • Possess intermediate Tableau and basic SharePoint skills to visualize reports coupled with Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills
    • Project Management, Project Control, Project Estimating, Project Scheduling, meet deadlines, Project Management Tools, Communication, Microsoft Project, Project Leadership, Analytical Skills.
    • High proficiency in financial modelling techniques.
    • Grow financial performance through analysis of financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends
    • Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
    • Develop financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
    • Stakeholder management – Demonstrated management and organizational skills in dealing with different Business Unit Heads and senior stakeholders to drive quality assurance processes and improvement
    • Experience in designing and executing Change Management initiatives involving communication strategies to successfully achieve the intended vision of the initiative
    • Proficiency in SharePoint (for collaboration tool), Advance Microsoft excel (for reporting), PowerPoint, and Word
    • Proficiency in problem solving and issue resolution
    • Analytical and logical thinker
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet tight deadlines and professionally handle issues in a complex, matrix organization
    • Strong business communication skills. Self-starter, resourceful and able to participate in a highly collaborative, team-oriented environment
    • Demonstrates excellent professional presence and business acumen
