Responsibilities of the Specialist includes:
Build and maintain complex datasets to perform analyses and develop reporting to support GSS programs and initiatives
Work closely with Sales Operations, Reservations, ACS, Revenue Management, and other departments to develop insights and research to drive recommendations and actions for new cross-departmental initiatives
Build insightful and actionable reports/dashboards using a variety of data sources (e.g. GSS call data, RPAD, OAP, etc.)
Provide regular and ad hoc reporting on GSS waiver usage details and call center statistics
Develop both internal GSS relationships and with other departments to lead and participate in cross-functional meetings to identify initiatives impacting GSS
Build executive level presentations and communicate progress towards achievement of goals
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
- Experience with data management applications such as SAS, Tableau, Hyperion, Salesforce.com, along with working knowledge of Revenue Pipeline, MIDT, OAP or other tables in enterprise warehouse
Strong technical data skills, analytical and computer skills, sound organizational and planning skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsofts suite of products including Excel and PowerPoint
Solution-oriented, multi-task capable and have demonstrated the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment
Ability to recognize and address problems with the appropriate sense of urgency, and the capacity to work independently with minimal instruction or supervision
High School diploma, GED or High School Equivalency and 3+ years equivalent work experience
Occasional travel
Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.

- Commercial knowledge of Deltas markets, competitive position, and business objectives
Previous call center data and reporting experience
Proficiency in Salesforce querying and reporting
Bachelors degree
