- Analyze, interpret and apply laws, rules, and policies for the billing rate program.
- Apply negotiated and approved consultant billing rates according to federal requirements and regulations.
- Develop and implement protocols for reviewing billing rate requests.
- Document and communicate the circumstances for billing rate increases.
- Determine needed levels of approval required to authorize increases to existing billing rate amounts.
- Develop strategies to minimize potential risks.
- Collaborate with diverse workgroups on a mixture of funded projects.
- Recommend policy and procedure modifications for continuous process improvements and changes.
- Serve as point of contact to provide assistance with billing rate, invoicing or general contract administration questions.

Remote work with frequent visits to the
Procurement Office
. Some travel is required throughout Oregon.
