We are hiring a billing rate operations analyst to join our team. In this position, you will develop, implement and manage the billing rate policy, procedures, development of audit responses, and operations in accordance with state and federal requirements. Apply today!

A day in the life:
  • Analyze, interpret and apply laws, rules, and policies for the billing rate program.
  • Apply negotiated and approved consultant billing rates according to federal requirements and regulations.
  • Develop and implement protocols for reviewing billing rate requests.
  • Document and communicate the circumstances for billing rate increases.
  • Determine needed levels of approval required to authorize increases to existing billing rate amounts.
  • Develop strategies to minimize potential risks.
  • Collaborate with diverse workgroups on a mixture of funded projects.
  • Recommend policy and procedure modifications for continuous process improvements and changes.
  • Serve as point of contact to provide assistance with billing rate, invoicing or general contract administration questions.
  • Remote work with frequent visits to the

What we need:
Any combination of experience and education equivalent to seven years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skills for the classification.
OR
A bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, behavioral or social sciences, finance, political science or any degree demonstrating the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and four years professional-level evaluative, analytical and planning work.
Driving is an essential function of this position. You must have a valid driver license and an acceptable driving record. We will conduct pre-employment driving records checks on our final candidate(s). Your license does not have to be issued in Oregon to be considered.
