- Successfully meeting process SLAs/productivity/quality as per the process standards.
- Get certified on all training levels of the process.
- Meet SLA s requirements as per the agreed Service Specifications
- Meet training targets to learn international tax concepts, Double taxation avoidance concept, Reclaim and Relief processes, Abgeltungssteuer Duplicate Tax voucher processing
- 100% completion of the assigned work with required quality and appropriate productivity
- Contact counterparts through mails/calls as per the process requirement for any clarifications.
- Performing quality checks as and when required.
- Understand the linkages between various Tax Services Processes
- Strive for process improvements.
- Responsiveness to feedback provided by Trainers/ Team Leaders
- Maintaining a professional approach to work at all times, providing prompt and appropriate responses at all levels.
- Actively participate in the team meetings and other initiatives taken by the company.
- Following company rules and standard operating procedures.
- Adhering to all Security Policies and Procedures as per business requirements
- Maintaining MIS reports, analyse data by using various reporting/presenting tools.
- Active demonstration of the company values in behaviour and attitude
- Continually up-grading domain knowledge.
- Exhibiting discipline on a personal level as well as a professional level.
Your key responsibilities
- Analyzes business systems and functions; assists in identifying client requirements and provides appropriate documentation for processes the position is responsible for
- Manage SLA s as per agreed Service specifications
- Ensure defects are under check and agreed level of accuracies are being met by all processes.
- Ensure root cause analysis and continuous improvement plan is shared and discussed with team
- Ensure people are motivated to perform, regular one-on-one discussions with people are held and all people related concerns are resolved keeping employee motivation high
- Maintain attrition in team in line with company s attrition targets
- Stake holder management, ensure client s objective is prioritized.
- Coordinate with projects/Change Management team for all market driven, client driven changes. Ensure all changes are successfully absorbed with no service disruption
- Ensure all process documents are updated and necessary maintenance cycle is adhered.
- Ensure compliance under all audit s parameters/guidelines
- Supervises the development of scope of services and requirements definitions. Assigns, structures and supervises team deliverables to meet project schedules.
- Serves as technical resource for client(s) and/or staff. Analyzes, responds and resolves issues and assists in re-evaluating priorities.
- Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salary increases transfers and terminations to manager.
- Ensures timely and transparent reporting of SLAs and other business related topics to respective stakeholders including senior management
Your skills and experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelors degree in business administration, information technology, computer technology or related field preferred
- 12-15 years of overall experience
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in working with information technology applications and infrastructure
- Experience in working with application delivery, management structures and reporting procedures
