Job Title: Assistant Vice President (1), Associate (2) – Lending Center of Excellence
Location: Mumbai, India
The role sits within the IPB Lending function as a Lending Centre of Excellence officer assisting WM Coverage business. The Lending COE’s objective is to process Lombard credit requests and renewals timely, end to end, on behalf of the Singapore and Hong Kong Relationship Centres. This position is responsible for the processing of such Lombard credit requests and renewals into GlobeR timely.

Your key responsibilities
- Initiate credit approval request in GlobeR timely
- Initiate facility activation/amendment request in GlobeR timely
- Perform credit and risk renewals timely
- Perform data remediation to ensure regulatory compliance
- Participate in UAT and other project-related topics as required
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in lending operations and processes
- Educated to Master’s degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience
- A self-starter with strong analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills are essential
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications, in particular Excel and Power point
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create presentations and reports
- Knowledge of the banking and financial sectors
- Enthusiastic and a flexible team player, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work independently, prioritising multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
