Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Looking for an analyst with good knowledge on HR solutionsshared service model.
- Candidate should have good knowledge and hands on experience in Workday HCM modules.
- Should have knowledge on Service now or any ticketing tool to manage daily BAU.
- Should be able to communicate and work with cross-functional HR teams globally.
- Exposures to EIB loads will be an advantage.
- All transactions should be completed in Workday with 100% accuracy adhering to the agreed internal process documents and control checks.
- Should have knowledge on workday reports and reconciliations.
Your key responsibilities
- A quick learner on the Employee life cycle processes in workday like Personal, Job & compensation changes. Should have good understanding on absences module.
- Ensures that all necessary documents and approvals submitted in workday is accurate as per region specific before approving the changes in workday.
- Strict adherence to process KOP as per region specific.
- Should work in excel and perform validationseconciliation s.
- Need to get involved in weekly/monthly activities and ensure timely delivery with accuracy.
- Ensure high discipline maintaining SLA for all transactions with 100% accuracy and agreed timelines.
- Ensure to keep the trackers updated on a daily basis for the tickers handled. Maintains confidentiality.
- Communication and follow-up on regular basis with relevant teams for cases with dependency
- Execute accountability and be responsible for any additional task that are given
- Should be able to handle stakeholders-onshore calls when-ever required as a back-up
- Identify and recommend business process improvements and highlight the suggestions if any
- Ensure high level of accuracy, attention to details for every transaction handled.
- Should maintain zero tolerance for all transactions handled in workday and service now.
- Should be flexible to work in any shifts.
Your skills and experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience working in Workday HCM modules supporting HR shared services support model.
- Hands-on experience in job, personal, compensation & absences modules.
- Exposure on EIB s will be an added advantage.
- Should be a good team player and have to be self-initiated and capable to work independently when required taking end-to-end ownership for the deliverables.
- Experience using service now or similar ticket management tool.
- Ability to work in diverse processes supporting multiple regions with good attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking to identify problems in a logical manner.
- Should have good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively with a cross functional teams.
- Good working knowledge in excel is required.
- MBA/Graduate in any stream with good academic records.
