Genesis10 is seeking a Business Analyst Professional for a 3 month contract position (potential to convert) with a mortgage loan company located in McLean, VA. This position can be remote but would need to be onsite if converted.
Summary:
We’re looking for someone who’s driven, creative, results-oriented, and passionate about turning third party risk management data into compelling and insightful reports for Senior Leadership. Apply to join the Single Family Third Party Governance team as a Risk Governance and Reporting Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll coordinate cross-functionally to develop third party risk reports that analyze, measure, and monitor risk and performance of third parties within our portfolio.
- You’ll be expected to take end-to-end ownership of reports and analyses for audiences ranging from peers to top-level executives and external agencies.
- As a Risk Governance and Reporting Analyst you will need to prioritize effectively and deliver results across simultaneous initiatives and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience in disciplines such as Business Analysis and Management, Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or Economics.
- 3+ years professional experience in Project/Program Management, Business Analysis, Data extraction and analysis, and/or Risk Management. Experience in the Mortgage industry or GSE is a plus.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint is a must. Experience using SQL, Tableau or SalesForce is a plus.
- Very strong project/program management and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional and cross-divisional coordination of analysis and reporting for a Monthly Forum as well as for time-sensitive Senior Management/Board reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high quality output in a timely manner. Attention to details is a must and products need to be delivered within the established timeframe.
- Excellent writing skills to synthesize complex information and articulate it in a lucid and accurate manner for Senior Leadership.
- Flexible to change and can adapt to any changes in management requirements.
- Able to work as a W2 employee of Genesis10 (no corp to corp)
