Genesis10 is seeking a Quality Analyst (UAT) for a Right to Hire with our client in Minneapolis, MN 100% Remote
Responsibilities:
- Part of a team but responsible for supporting the business testing cycles within the program team.
- Support implementation of BH new business and renewals
- Behavioral Customer Implementations and Renewals for new client implementations
Qualifications:
- This resource will need to have experience with healthcare operations, customer facing collaboration, and the core UAT skills outlined in the responsibilities below.
- What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
- Ability to write test cases and execute testing
- Assist business users in defining User Acceptance Testing, test cases and plans
- Establish and maintain test cases and test data
- Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance
- Help drive defect resolution
- What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
- Intermediate skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Beginner skills in Rally or ALM
Skills/attributes:
- Strong communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
- Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Support root cause issue analysis, problem solve and support key recommendations for process improvements
- Work across a matrix environment to engage appropriate internal and external partners to assure successful test execution
- Effectively engage and partner with cross-functional teams to test and deliver solutions
- Manage issues, risks, project work and deliverables
- What skills/attributes are nice to have?
- Familiarity with back office business capabilities
- Familiarity with Behavioral business model and/or entities
- Healthcare experience
- Agile/SCRUM- formal methodologies
