WORK DESCRIPTION:
The candidate will work with members of the team, performing one or more of the following duties:
- Information Technology Administrative utility player who is familiar with IT procurement, supplier & contract monitoring, contract renewals, hardware and software lifecycle process and understanding of software entitlements. Preferred applicant should also have experience with IT Budget management initiatives including:
- Utilize weekly financial data files, reports and ServiceNow modules associated with IT departmental budgets to produce data visualization graphical components for reporting that will be reviewed by IT division managers and budget team.
- Leverage existing Tableau (or Power BI) graphical components that are currently being utilized for executive reporting. Establish IT framework for executive reporting.
- Utilize contract data from MicroStrategy, Excel, Maximo (or other similar tool) to capture contract information for IT contracts.
- Work in the IT Service Management Platform ServiceNow to implement projects to:
- reconcile aging request tickets
- Assist with IT Asset Management initiatives including:
- technology asset recovery for offboarded employees
- manage/reconcile hardware assets and establish reporting
- conduct technology reclamation associated with corporate headquarters relocation
- Experience with Statement of Work requirement gathering and development
TERM OF SERVICE :
November 2022 thru September 30, 2023, with budget plans to extend and renew
Resources are currently working remotely, but based on job requirements, candidate may need to report to a work location periodically in Austin, TX

Experience using Microsoft Suite (Minimum: Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience w/service management platform preferably ServiceNow
Experience searching and updating databases
Experience reconciling data
Experience contacting and following up with internal customers and external vendors
Experience with processing vendor invoices

Hardware/Software Management
Experience recovering assets from offboarded employees
Familiarity with software hardware configurations (laptops)

Telecommunications
Familiarity with telecommunications equipment (cell phones, hot spots)
