Designs and structures / implements systems used to process the organizations human resource technology using the most efficient and cost-effective computer systems and applications.
 
Researches, analyzes, designs and maintains technology solutions across the HR function, including Benefits, Compensation, Learning Development, Talent Management and Talent Acquisition. Defines functionality standards, monitors HR information needs and designs new or modifies existing systems to meet changing requirements.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides HR Technology and/or Data Governance support for multiple lines of business / regions / product sets.
  • Maintains currency with emerging technologies, HR/business data management requirements and evolving regulatory considerations.
  • Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HR Technology planning and consulting.
  • Works closely with HR client group(s) to define, analyze and document business processes, systems and data in order to provide effective solutions and data governance.
  • Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
  • Maintains and communicates HR Technology design standards, including visual interface specifications, standards and practices.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation between HR Technology and the overall HR function.
  • Collaborates with HR, IT and other stakeholders on development of data integrity testing, measurement and issue resolution strategy.
