Position Overview
The Business Analyst Intern will work with our full-time IT Business Analysts for training and mentoring. They, along with their mentor, are responsible for gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements used to design and develop technology solutions using waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies.
Responsibilities
Must be able to…
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs
- Perform research and analysis in support of project/team assignments
- Help plan and design business processes and make recommendations for improvement
- Assist in gathering and analyzing data and evaluating solutions
- Collaborate with IT and business team members to synthesize complex information into actionable requirements or stories.
- Leverage a variety of standard Business Analysis tools and techniques
- Communicate effectively with various levels of the organization
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned
