We are seeking a senior-level Business Analyst to support the Program Analysis and Strategic Support (PASS) for Enrollment Services and Vetting Programs (ESVP) at TSA. The PASS ESVP contract at TSA focuses on reviewing, assessing and analyzing business practices and programs in ESVP to create strategic documents such as strategic plans, roadmaps, assessments and lessons learned to help the organization focus on the most critical areas of the business.
Position Responsibilities:
- Work in a collaborative environment with multiple project teams, including with Federal staff and contractors, to support ESVP withing TSA to manage tasks within the overarching project.
- Help move projects through Dignari’s Delivery Methodology phases e.g. filling out the task scoping template, identifying deliverables, creating plans to execute on deliverables, creating briefs for leadership, creating job aids for deliverables, identifying risks, etc.
- Identify key metrics to help drive business decisions. Gather key data inputs for metrics. Process data and create dashboards through data platforms like Power BI.
- Assist with creating strategic plans and roadmaps for the client.
