The Associate Business Process Analyst reports to Business Process Manager under USHealth Group division and is responsible for assisting in the evaluation of processes, create documentation and evaluations of business processes and business rules. Report on to management on accuracy of business processes and services across business operations teams.
If you are located in Fort Worth, you will have the flexibility to work hybrid model, 3 days in office, 2 days remote*, as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain business process documentation for Advocate Services and other USHealth operations
- Manage and ensure accuracy of information and completion of work in these processes
- Report results for individuals and team quality weekly to management and business process owners

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years in medical insurance
- 1+ years of medical claims processing or medical claims customer service
- 1+ years of business process review or auditing
- Proficient in medical terminology
- Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
- Proficient in Excel (vlook-up, pivot tables, formulas)

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with systems including AS400, OZ and Upgrade
- Experience with individual medical claims, products and processes
- Understanding of business process management
- Excellent verbal written and verbal communication skills
