About The Opportunity
DMIis looking for a Junior Business Analyst (Procurement)
Duties And Responsibilities
- Needs low level administrative/procurement person
- Writing small procurements off master contracts, can assist Merchelle/Susan Howells with procurement documentation to vendors
- May handle tracking of task orders, might help with some contract management duties like reporting, documentation, handling data in spreadsheets like minority spend requirements and date like this etc….
- Help with organization and building folders in each contract email (Data/Agile as examples) to help organize the team and better keep track of information
- Pulling data for BPW (Board of Public Works) requests, put task order forms together, make sure things are accurate
- Definitely administrative with some procurement activities involved
- Need to be computer savvy, good with excel, very organized, self starter
