What You Will Be Doing
- Manage & own capabilities for commissions and incentives for an international team of direct and indirect salespeople. This may include automating solutions, streamlining processes, as well as act an as SME for the team from a capability s perspective.
- Independently drive process execution to ensure consistency and quality across the commissions team
- Listen to, triage, process and collaborate with Sales leadership, as well as internal team; to serve as the primary point of contact for the technical solutions across commission team.
- Analyze the current complexities in the process, bring in expertise to transform the process and bringing in the Do it the right way perspective.
- Expertise with advanced excel/VBA, including other Microsoft office tools.
- Using visualization tools such as Tableau/Sigma to provide analysis, reporting and trends related to commissions, compensation plans, and other Sales and commission related data.
- Drive automation of the commission and incentive calculation process, support entire team to improve processes for their respective sales teams.
- Act as an SME in terms of technical expertise & be the go-to person for debugging issues across team
- Working on streamlining plans & statements across different teams to overcome manual intervention, bringing in consistency, & assuring accuracy.
- Create and maintain procedural documents to describe operational processes.
- Make continuous process improvements to seek further efficiencies.
What You Will Need for this Position
- Exceptional VBA skills required with a knack of systems-approach, to be able to drive efficiency & bring in value to the team.
- Hands-on experience designing BI reports using Tableau & must be proficient in understanding how various visualization tools work.
- Basic knowledge of writing/debugging SQL queries.
- Must be an all-rounder in terms of problem solving, with ability to convert problems into scalable solutions.
- A systems thinker with a process-driven orientation
- An interest in sales compensation and a desire to work in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills and an ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Must be able to work the 3rd shift to support the US based team
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with a focus on attention to detail and delivering of high-quality results
- Must be able to collaborate with teams, understand the pain points – drive & close end to end projects independently.
- Superior interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Must be a proactive, possess a high degree of intellectual curiosity and a self-driven learner
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- 1-4 years of experience (ideally in an analyst or lead analyst role) with a strong work ethic.
