Responsibilities:
- To provide analytics, coordination of projects and other miscellaneous tasks as deemed by Senior Leadership team.
- Maintain status reports
- Send out reminders for status reports
- Maintain PMO Board
- Provide support for capital budget approvals
- Facilitate Portfolio Management meetings
- Facilitate Training, scheduling and follow up
- For Agile CoP
- Update PMO Sop, including managing content in Confluence
- Provide internal support for project documentation for Capital projects
- Coordinate and help with miscellaneous projects
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or current student with good standing
- Field of study in business, information systems, IT
- Self-starter
