Job Location: Wilsonville, OR
The successful candidate will possess firm business and financial acumen, allowing them the clarity to discern and account for complexity and ambiguity. They will be capable of producing reports, dashboards, and visual representations of data that allows for swift and clear understanding. They will maintain cross-functional and persistent curiosity about the business and business processes such that they can propose viable solutions, aware of how those solutions will impact all teams. They must possess the maturity to handle sensitive and confidential data. The position requires someone who is inquisitive, has a keen appreciation of the commercial success drivers, and a willingness to understand the operational variables that are a reality for our business.
Responsibilities
- Gathering, consolidating, interpreting, and presenting data for the senior management team.
- Defining, measuring, and reporting KPIs to senior management.
- Assessing business processes and tools, making recommendations for improvement and financial risk mitigation.
- Defining, championing, and in some cases, leading change management initiatives.
- Partnering with colleagues across the organization and utilizing appropriate technology to ensure efficiency in data collection and accuracy.
- Concepting, building, and implementing tools for data analysis and visualization. In some cases, this may require decommissioning outdated and/or less-optimized tools.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Skilled in math and exceptionally skilled with data analysis.
- Experience with API Integration and data warehousing.
- Familiarity with Epicor or related ERP systems.
Education and Experience
- Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with 2+ years of experience or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in the following areas:
- 2+ (or 5+ with bachelor’s degree) years of experience with Business Intelligence or similar report-building software
- 2+ (or 5+ with bachelor’s degree) years of experience in project leadership
- 2+ (or 5+ with bachelor’s degree) years of experience in a managerial capacity
Interpersonal Contacts External to DWFritz
- Consultants, customers, IT service providers.
Internal to DWFritz
- Senior management, all departmental teams.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. While DWF offers hybrid work, this position will require that the incumbent be on site nearly 100% while learning the intricacies of the business or during times of significant change activity.
Physical Demands
- The employee is required to communicate with staff including talking and hearing. The employee may occasionally lift up to 15 pounds; bend, stoop, grasp. The employee will be required to interact with standard office equipment, sitting and/or standing for prolonged periods of focused effort.
