Job Description:
The Global People Analytics team at DXC technology has a clear mission – to help the organization make better decisions about the future of its workforce by generating insights from data on our most precious asset our people. Our work encompasses all aspects of DXCโs technology global business, supporting our global functions, our geographies, and our service lines.
Responsibilities:
- We support our Stakeholders by creating a strategically driven measurement portfolio including decision-supporting dashboards, reports, and deep-dive analyses.
- Consult with our senior leadership in Global Talent Centers of Expertise such as Recruiting, Learning, and Performance Management to understand their strategic imperatives. Understands their needs and business questions to determine the analysis and deliverables.
- Maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders to keep on the pulse of what is important to leadership and build relevant analysis and interpretation.
- Establish credibility by demonstrating an understanding and keeping current on Talent Analytic trends, research, and tools. Generate innovative ideas to employ in deliverables.
- Independently drive the successful delivery of projects and products using strong project management and deployment-focused activities.
- Analyze and presents data and other information to identify significant trends or key issues provide recommendations and make presentations on trends, forecasts, supplies, predict future potentials.
- Produce analysis and visualizations through cutting-edge technologies such as PowerBI. Generate innovative ideas and solutions that improve products, insights, and our ability to efficiently deliver.
- Work closely with data, reporting, and analytics team members including articulating client demands. Translate business needs into clear requirements and direction for data and reporting teams. Design the resource required and leverage the internal teamโs talent to deliver on the needs of the business.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- From 2 to 5 years relevant experience as Business Analyst
- The strong design aesthetic and visualization skills
- Extensive reporting experience including knowledge of the process and data usage. Knowledge of standard metrics and key performance indicators
- Strong relationship and communication skills across multiple countries and cultures
- Excellent teaming skills required to work in a virtual work environment: self-starter, self-motivated, and able to work with specific, but minimal direction
- Technical experience in the Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint), dashboarding tools (Tableau, PowerBI). Technical knowledge (SQL) for report production
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, resource requirements, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work well in a high-performing team environment.
- Able to work independently in a virtual environment
