About the role
The Master Data Coordinator will support the newly forming Global master Data management team, across several systems. You will have an exciting variety of master data maintenance activities across a range of areas – Material, Customer, Supplier, Finance and Pricing data areas. Every day will be different, and you will have the opportunity to develop your existing master data knowledge and experience within a supportive development framework, aligning to your ambitions and abilities. You will ensure data quality standards are maintained, and tickets are closed efficiently, and accurately. You will be encouraged to identify procedural improvements along the way
- Process data requests
- Identify data quality issues
- Validate the input data adheres to standards and rules
- Support and advise businesses raising master data requests
- Identify request form improvements/ gaps
- Contribute to the success of the team performance metrics
- Adhere to process documentation procedures
- Identify opportunities to improve execution of master data requests, to eliminate drivers of rework
- Excellent written and verbal communications ability (English)
- Process master data requests into systems
- Escalate complex or unclear data requests within team for resolution
- Follow written procedures
- Willing to develop new skills
- Flexibility to work outside traditional Indian working hours
About You
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Team working experience
- 12 months master data processing experience in any data area e.g. Material, Supplier, Pricing, Customer, Finance, Data Quality Improvement
- Experience of following procedure guides
- Identify ways to improve execution of own daily tasks
- Understands difference between good and bad quality input request
- identification of missing or poor input data quality
- Basic proficiency with Office 365 apps (Excel, Word, Teams)
