SMC has an opening for Data Analyst to support the Eaton Vehicle Group warranty CRM deployment and management through engaging with business for projects implementation, system setup, issue resolution and trainings. The position is aligned to VG business and is the front face for any interaction with IT to implement Projects/ Enhancements for warranty module in Siebel CRM-C360. The position is also responsible for all user support and system utilization.
The position is responsible for owning and providing governance of the warranty data integrity/structure, reporting strategies/accuracy and tools for truck commercial vehicle group. This role will have responsibility to oversee and monitor the data input and claim process quality, coordinate required system data hierarchy, claim elements and reporting to drive overall data accuracy. The position will define and document standard work for key data and reporting processes.
This exciting role offers opportunity to:
- Deploy, Support and communicate long term strategic plans for data management and associated robust IT solutions and on-going data integrity support infrastructure. Develop and deploy data management strategies that supports the global reliability, warranty and financial processes related to strategic planning, profit planning, quality and reliability reporting and metrics.
- Monitor all interfaces to ensure successful data migration to appropriate business system application(s). Collaborates with IT and business to develop, deploy strategies/new functionalities and monitor effective utilization of solution.
- Assist in transferring system/application knowledge across the Warranty and Reliability teams (globally). Assess training needs and coordinate user training for CRM and BI tools (New Hire, Refresh, Update material, Train the Trainer, etc)
- Along with other applications that migrate data to the data warehouse (DW) environment across the global landscape.
- Assist team members in support of ad-hoc requests for warranty-related information from external and/or internal customers utilizing business intelligence tools and creating reports if necessary. Create and maintain process and procedure documentation for key business data for warranty and reliability metrics.
- Collaborates with Warranty Claims Management team to deploy effective strategies to drive improved claim quality accuracy through defined audits strategies and processes.
- Admin Siebel Products/CRM applications and data, ATA Codes and Failure Mode data and Own EIM templates. First point of contact to business users for issues pertaining to the CRM application, including communication and management of change.
- Develop maintain and manage Warranty/Reliability landing zone including the definition and deployment of metrics identified by the Leadership. Responsible for the data validation and report accuracy.
- Lead new project/ enhancement implementation in Siebel CRM-C360 for VG Warranty. Drive initiatives to reduce complexity standardize processes and improve efficiency of CRM.
- Co-ordinate Monthly and Quarterly Migrations for new release of changes in Application.
- Perform and coordinate Testing (Regression and User acceptance Testing).
- Coordinate with IT for VG user setup and maintenance activities. VG New User Setup.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 57 Yrs in Data Analysis & Data Governance.
- Ability to analyze and fix data problems in CRM system.
- Data analysis and basic reporting knowledge.
- Knowledge of any CRM system.
- Good written and Verbal communication Skill, Problem solving skill, Analytical Mindset
