Job Detail:
EbizON is looking for an Analyst – Client Services to join our team in our Noida office.
Responsibilities:
- Client services for our global digital marketing clients
- Devise a digital marketing strategy for your clients
- Analysing and benchmarking client progress
- Ensuring timely delivery of our client’s order
- Sending out weekly client reports
- Get new orders placed as well as client renewals
- Examine the client’s keywords ranking on Google and AHREF
- Take customer chats and resolve their questions immediately
- Benchmarking keywords for current clients and sharing findings
Skills and Requirements:
- Proficiency in the English language
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Preferred: Exposure/Certification on Digital Marketing
Only CBSE and ICSE BOARD candidates are ELIGIBLE.
