Job Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram
Role Objective:
Responsible for all the business analysis activities and provide support to the company in functional matters across multiple Applications like ERP & Helpdesk for internal as well as external customers.
Skill – Essential:
- Ability to produce Business Requirements Document and Test Strategy
- Communication skills (presentational, active listening, ability to build consensus, and support across functions and at all levels)
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities
- Excellent business and functional analysis skills, eliciting business requirements and producing key BA artefacts: Terms Of Reference (TOR), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Gap analysis, Process Flow modelling, Use Case Documents, Data Mapping, Test cases & Test Strategy Documents, Traceability Matrix)
- Ability to implement agreed solutions/business outcomes.
Key Deliverables:
- The role requires understanding from end users, create functional specification document, help development team to understand the requirement, test final deliverable from dev team. Demonstrate to end user and close the requirement.
- Responsible for examining our existing software to make sure the business needs of our external and internal stakeholders are met and when needed write requirements for new ones. Consult with different areas of the organization to identify and document the requirements for new application and enhancements to existing applications.
- Document and map as-is and future business processes
- Be proactive and take initiative to gather information, investigate gaps/issues, identify potential solutions, and present to both Business and IT stakeholders
- Work on implementations or customization end-to-end. Effectively communicating with customers to capture requirements, resolve issues and Guide/facilitate the Development Team
- Analyze reporting specifications to determine if the reports are feasible. Design new reports and interfaces used by our customer population.
- Maintain existing customer solutions and maximize their usage for our customers.
- Manage workflows, manage software functionality, and the general end-user assistance
- Mitigate risk while handling tasks, resources, and changes. Identifying problems and finding appropriate solutions. Reporting any project risk and issues
- Lead or work independently to provide for data transformation, testing, solving problems, and end-to-end user support needs.
- Prepare for and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Responsible for all the activities like change request analysis, production support tickets etc.
- Create Functional documentation and conduct end-user training (internal & external)
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of Requirement Analysis, writing Business Cases and Estimation
- Proven IT knowledge of business analysis processes and functions
- Good knowledge of enterprise core systems such as ERP, PMS, CRM, HRMS
- Excellent understanding of the business analysis toolkit, including identifying and understanding business problems, root cause analysis, hands-on experience of use case diagrams, class diagrams and facilitating requirements gathering workshops
