A strong regulatory reporting process reduces errors, enhances accountability and improves the overall control environment. A brief job description around Regulatory reporting is listed down, however the expectation is also to focus on automation, analytical capabilities and technologies to support ever-changing regulatory reporting and industry trends. The role demands full support on daily BAU activities, increase process efficiency through innovative ideas and use data analytics to not only comply with higher regulatory expectations, but also optimize operational and financial processes for sustainability and drive better decision-making.Job Description
- Experience of Trade Regulatory Reporting process along with exception handling and resolving process nuances
- In-depth knowledge of market applications like DTCC, Intellimatch, Marketwire and UNAVISTA
- Process execution with high levels of accuracy and speed to ensure quality and on time delivery
- Independently deep dive to explore the process nuances and escalate challenges / issues in a timely manner
- Publish data and reports for eClerx and Client management
- Proactive mailbox management to ensure quick response on queries and requests
- Confidence to communicate with clients / counterparties via phone / email
- Improving current procedure of activities via automations or ideas and initiatives
- Willingness to continuously learn and upgrade skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel
- Organized, Detail Oriented, Flexible, Self-Starter & highly motivated
- Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations
