Business Analyst Process Manager

We are looking for 6+ years of experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a part of our Technology/Solutions leadership team, you will be directly working with stakeholders to understand long-term strategic and mid-term business goals. This role will be to define and document business requirements which include Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle.
The candidate must possess in-depth functional knowledge of the process area and apply it to operational scenarios to provide effective solutions. He/she must be able to identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions by using a logical, systematic, and sequential methodology. It is vital to be open-minded towards inputs and views from team members and to effectively lead, control, and motivate groups towards company objects. Additionally, he/she must be self-directed, proactive and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available. Goals and thoughts must be clearly and concisely articulated and conveyed, verbally and in writing, to clients, colleagues, subordinates, and supervisors.
As a Business Analyst, you will create effective Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and analytical dashboards as per best in class visualization and user story frameworks for business users. You will create solutions with the aid of data visualization to enhance business processes. In this role, you will be working with developers, creating BI dashboards and reports, and deriving insight from data to feedback sessions to better systems.
Business Analyst Process Manager Responsibilities
- Significant experience with software development life cycle, RPA technologies and web technologies
- Must have strong communication and organization skills; multi-tasking and time management skills are essential
- Must have cross-functional business and application knowledge
- Must have enough technical background to be able to create proper functional requirements and detailed specifications
- Must be able to take direction well but work independently and have the ability to learn and assimilate information quickly
- Must demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, personal integrity, problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in MS Office (Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) tools
- Conceptual understanding of RDMS concepts
- Technical aptitude to learn new software quickly
- Ability to break down business problems into logical tasks
- Ability to think creatively
- Ability to lead meetings
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field and a minimum of four years related Business Analyst experience
- Specialized training, certification and a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to manage and complete specific tasks with minimal direction
- In-depth knowledge of Database Designing, Application Development, Strong Technical exposure and Practical knowledge of web technologies or RPA
- Should be an individual contributor and should be aware of the entire SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
