- Work in partnership with the Senior Product Owner to understand the needs of business strategy leaders and users; serving as the product subject matter expert (SME) resource for the Service and Support customers and team to make informed decisions on how best to standardize, scale and optimize through automation with business engagement in mind.
- Facilitate a culture of working backwards from the customer, through established Service-Level Agreements as part of Demand/Intake Management, as well as Incident and Problem Management
- Create and maintain measurement as part of delivery and intake, to qualify opportunities to adjust and increase speed and accuracy to customer
- Create and refine user stories and align both the stories and the work through ServiceNow to the Kanban team for delivery, as measure through SLAs.
- Understand the technical strategy and system integrations to identify, communicate, and track divisional dependencies for features and user stories in partnership with the Senior Product Owner and Service/Support teams within the Analytics Portfolio.
- Collaborate with Quality Engineering (QE) and development team to develop repeatable test strategies that align to an SDLC model for deploying products/solutions into Production, from a Service and Support perspective
- Supports the delivery of incremental and continuous value to the end users and ensures the final implementation of features and capabilities delivers the expected user value.
- Assist the Product Owners and stakeholders to define working measurements on how the Service is doing and where opportunities exist.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues using elementary and some advanced tools and techniques; work with the users to resolve the issue or escalate issues when needed.
- Facilitate Agile and Product Management team events such as backlog refinements, retrospectives, solution demos, and system demos.
- Work with Senior Product Owner and Product Delivery Manager to build expectations and refine planning processes that integrate Kanban work to Scrum priorities, and vice versa. Partner with and guide consultative resources through Kanban and intake goals to focus on acceptance criteria and projected outcomes of each story and epic
- Bachelor’s degree [in related fields] and/or 2-5 years of experience supporting BI Systems and Reporting Solutions
- 3+ years of experience writing/collecting user requirements for Business Intelligence and data products and writing test cases for user acceptance.
- Experience working with ServiceNow to manage intake and define measures for teams
- 2+ years of experience developing/administering products within Tableau and/or Power BI.
- 2+ years of management/leadership experience working with both internal and external (consultative) resources
- 2+ years of experience working with Tableau Server/Desktop managed on-premise
- Proven experience writing/reading SQL at a basic understanding level
- Proven experience with Agile and/or Product Management concepts such as user story writing, Agile events, and backlog refinement.
- Previous experience with [Agile product management] tools such as [Jira and Aha!] is a plus.
- Previous experience working with Microsoft products in Azure (ADF, AAS, Power BI data sets, SSRS) a plus.
