Einblick is changing the way we work with data. Our platform is a fast and visual canvas for real-time multiplayer data science, designed to help everyone, code-savvy or not, unlock advanced insights. With the recent launch of our freemium-hosted SaaS offering the Solutions Engineer will have an exciting opportunity to lead the growth of our product including all technical aspects of the sales cycle. You will provide sales consulting presales support contributing towards the successful conversion of prospects to customers and use what you learn from customer interactions to improve our product and sales process. You will play an integral role in both unblocking and empowering our customers and bridging the work of our product team with that of our customer-facing teams. What Youโ€™ll Do

    • Evaluate prospectโ€™s data to deliver top-notch product demonstrations that illustrate how Einblick addresses the critical business issues that a prospect faces
    • Be an Einblick evangelist working very closely with the customer success team
    • Drive all aspects of successful Proof of Concepts from requirements and design to training and delivery
    • Provide strategic presales support for sales activities including needs analysis, data review, product demonstrations and other general sales support
    • Inform prioritization and messaging for new product features and releases
    • Play a key role in uncovering opportunities to provide additional solutions within existing major accounts

Qualifications

    • 3+ years of technical presales / sales engineer/ sales consulting experience, ideally in the business intelligence, analytics or data science space OR 3+ years as a data scientist
    • Experience independently owning external-facing communication (written, visual, and verbal) and joy in empowering customers.
    • Comfort with both strategic and tactical execution of marketing activities
    • Ability to set the direction of our product by advising the engineering team.
    • Proactive and intellectually curious with the courage to offer innovative solutions
    • Technical knowledge of SaaS Application Integration and Cloud Architecture is a plus
    • Proficiency in Python
