Were always on the search for outstanding people. We are looking for an InfoSec Analyst to join our team in Information Security (InfoSec). The InfoSec team leads the strategy, policy, and programs for information security company-wide. Our responsibilities include risk management, implementing a comprehensive security program, driving compliance initiatives, recommending and implementing security controls, preventing and detecting security threats, and handling incident response. We do all of this in a globally distributed company, thinking differently about how we best achieve critical information security objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Be an integral part of the Infosec business enablement team to empower our customers and partners with information security solutions and content to improve business outcomes.
- Work optimally with our partners in IT, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Product, and engage at reasonable technical depth with our products and information security topics.
- Provide security policy guidance to Elastic employees, collaborators, internal and external partners.
- Respond to customer security inquiries, security questionnaires, due diligence requests, third party reviews.
- Continuously innovate new methods to build transparency, speed and scalability into Infosec operations.
- Develop an understanding of the technical environment, business processes and Elastic culture.
- Be part of a technical team with high expectations on their ability to deliver quality work on a regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess knowledge and understanding of all Information Security domains, ability to engage with domain experts and collaborators at reasonable technical depth.
- Demonstrable ability to think innovatively and continuously improve the status quo.
- Technical curiosity, attention to detail and an ability to embrace change.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Worked alongside fast paced engineering teams and the ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, GIAC, CRISC, CCSK are a plus.
- Experience with using the Elastic stack is a plus.
- Experience with scripting a plus
