About The Internship
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Connect & engage with customers to update their profiles and ensure the accuracy of information
- Work with other teams to ensure that customer data is integrated across all systems
- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for improving customer engagement and satisfaction
- Utilize tools like Word, Excel, and other data management software to maintain and manage customer data
- Provide regular reports on customer data to management
Requirements
- BBA/B.Sc/B.Com or related field
- Experience in customer data management and business strategy development
- Knowledge of tools like Word, Excel, and other data software
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Sincere and professional attitude
