Analytics Portfolio Director
Location: Work from home hybrid within commutable distance to any Elevance Health locations
The Analytics Portfolio Director is responsible for the oversight and supporting analytics for multiple large/strategic enterprise wide initiatives within the Health Solutions Performance PMO.
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Provides strategic direction and analytic insights for the Health Solutions Leadership Team
- Provides strategic planning analysis by integrating business metrics and determining level of execution.
- Directs systems analysts, software designers and programmers to determine best methods to achieve project objectives.
- Partners across multiple businesses and operations organizations to gather and manage enterprise project plans.
- Directs activities across IT and Operations organizations to plan and forecast delivery, staffing, and spend for large transformational initiatives.
- Leads efforts to mitigate and resolve complex issues.
- Develops and presents executive level presentations on strategic plans, strategies, and direction regarding the IT project portfolio.
Requirements:
- BA/BS in Healthcare, Business Administration or Finance and a minimum of 7 years experience with Enterprise portfolio management and/or Healthcare operations and experience with computer science or information systems; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Ability to serve as both driver and advocate for design and implementation of a technical consolidated analytics and reporting solution, enabling:
- Portfolio and project level alignment of initiatives against enterprise budgets
- Display of key metric data providing insights for leadership on trends, and performance

Technical background or experience with:
- Relational, Non-relational, and NoSQL databases
- Splunk, C#, Tableau, Power BI, PowerPoint,
- Shell Scripting, Cloud (Azure, AWS, IBM SoftLayer)
