LCCI Strategy, Transition & Transformation team is looking to hire someone to focus on site strategy, analytics, and digital transformation. Additionally, this role will be r esponsible for accurate data collection, processing, modelling and analysis basis the scope of the project.
Responsibilities

Supporting the development of medium and long-term site strategy by defining a structure and execution of strategic initiatives through the development of work plans, gathering and generation of relevant data, driving analyses, and the development of actionable recommendations.

Design innovative approaches to view and interact with data for analysis.

Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.

Support LCCI Transition leadership with governance of transition activities by monitoring delivery performance, overall resourcing, financials, and operational risk / compliance expectations.

Project Execution: as individual contributor, responsible for the following

Build and exhibit deep expertise on available data sets and supports data enabled decision making using external and internal data for various other sources

Consistent delivery of high quality, timely and insightful outputs throughout analytics value chain

Developing into a trusted advisor by actively participating in various phases of the project including kick-off, methodology development, execution, insight generation and data visualization and results presentation to various stakeholders

Participating in meetings with stakeholders and communicating the final outputs and recommendations

Mandatory Skills

Formal analytics experience or qualifications are not mandatory, but a strong understanding of how to process and interpret data is necessary for success.

Knowledge of programming languages like R and Python are encouraged.

Expertise in Excel

Exposure to Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) preferable

Data visualization experience highly desirable – Tableau or Power BI or any other visualization software

Experience in business analytics tasks like data cleaning, data enrichment, preparation, and basics of good reporting
