AS A BUSINESS ANALYST – ORDER MANAGEMENT, YOU WILL:
- Manage systems implementation projects (requirements, documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification, and resolution).
- Take loosely defined business problems and develop business and use cases.
- Act as the liaison between shared instance managers, platform, and enterprise-wide IT teams.
- Elicit, analyze, and manage business requirements by documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements.
- Manage and optimize the Order to Cash eBusiness application technical processes.
- Manages third-party resources to develop solutions that meet business requirements.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- B.S. degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant Business area with a minimum of three (3) to five (5) years working with business processes and Information Technology applications/systems
- Demonstrated experience working with relevant business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain/Procurement, Materials Planning, Order Management, Production, etc.
- Strong technical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, or equivalent productivity suites, currently in use by the Company
