Job Location: Mumbai (All Areas)

Key Accountabilities –

1. Closely working with respective users & vendors to note down their requirements and drive the development with software solutions team.

2. Exhibits strong leadership qualities working both independently and in team oriented collaborative environments.

3. Is proactive, resourceful and a self-starter. Oversees and effectively leads multiple priorities/projects simultaneously from inception through post implementation review.

4. Able to perform high level analysis for business requests and develops summary documents with executive finish.

5. Engages in the planning, execution, and delivery of programs and projects intended to accomplish business goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets.

6. Develops an advanced understanding of how project activities contribute to the achievement of strategic business goals and operational objectives.

7. Collaborates with key stakeholders and project/software solutions team to ensure objectives are met.

8. Drives implementation of multiple, complex project initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve milestones within established timeframes.

9. Plans, directs, and coordinates activities for complex programs and projects through the development of project plans intended to accomplish goals and objectives within prescribed timeframes and budgets.

10. Ensures consistent visibility for teams by monitoring and reporting business objectives, program/project achievements, and key indicators.

11. Communicates with project stakeholders and provides insight on issues through root cause analyses.

12. Facilitates collaboration on creative alternatives to project challenges with subject matter experts

13. Removes obstacles and impediments to ensure business and operational objectives are met.

14. Drives adoption and challenges standards. Identifies and applies best practices and needed process improvements.

15. Establishes advanced capabilities in program and project design where possible.

16. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures. Monitors project execution to deliver incremental business value.

Qualifications –

1. Bachelor’s Degree & 2-3 years of relevant experience in business analysis

2. Advanced knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

3. Qualifications may warrant placement in a different job level.

Preferred

1. Strong presentation development and communication skills

2. Strong and demonstrable in Banking & Financial Services Domain experience

3. Experienced in business process development and improvement

4. Advanced-Expert level user of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

5. Intermediate level user of Microsoft Access, SQL

6. Experience in analysis/reporting; data analysis/extraction experience and statistics. Awareness of APIs functionality for trading

7. Proven proactive problem solver; identifying efficiencies, problem areas and/or potential improvements supporting key business objectives

This job might require travelling depending on the presence of users & vendors
