About the internship
1. Data collection and analysis: Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business decision-making processes.
2. Reporting: Prepare and present reports that highlight key insights and recommendations.
3. Process improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
4. Market research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends and the competitive landscape.
5. Requirement gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
6. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and findings.
7. Project support: Provide support for various business analysis projects and initiatives as needed.
8. Stakeholder communication: Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Other requirements
1. Currently pursuing a degree in business administration, economics, finance, computer science, or a related field from a Tier 1 college.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
8. Prior internship or project experience in business analysis or a related field is preferred.
