About the Role

As a Research Analyst, youโ€™ll work in a fast-paced, cross-functional and collaborative environment that is fully remote. While responsibilities may vary depending on the project, your core responsibilities will include ensuring our weekly global tracking studies are set up properly (building title lists, testing survey links), analyzing the weekly tracking data that comes in, sifting through qualitative responses to uncover key themes, building client-friendly reports using tools such as PowerBI, Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, and Google Slides & Sheets, and ultimately writing the analysis that drives these reports.

Given the small size of our company, there is considerable room for career growth and professional development. You will directly interface with the CEO of Enact and you will report directly to the President. There will be many opportunities for direct communication and consultation with some of the biggest companies in the entertainment space. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Data analysis (quantitative and qualitative responses)
  • Report-building
  • Survey prep/testing
  • Report writing
  • Client consultation (donโ€™t worry, weโ€™ll train you first!)

  • Strong familiarity with research surveys

Requirements:

  • College degree, preferably in one of the following fields: Psychology, Sociology, Film, Mathematics, English, Ethnographic Studies, Media & Communications
  • Mastery of the Microsoft suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint
  • Familiarity with Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
  • Although not required, strong candidates will have experience with PowerBI, SPSS, Tableau, Python, survey platforms such as Qualtrics,
  • Strongly preferred, but not required: knowledge of/passion for the entertainment industry
  • Ideal candidates will have 1-5 years of experience in a market research position, ideally in a full-time role
