Business Intelligence Intern
As a Business Intelligence (BI) Intern, you’ll work on our small team of BI professionals focused on the data analytics and reporting used to help drive key business decisions at EnergySage. You’ll learn industry best practices from your colleagues and have immediate opportunities to apply them.
What You’ll Do
- Support business intelligence solutions across the business, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Collaborate across teams to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
- Apply appropriate visualization techniques to help cross-functional teams gain critical insights
- Pull data from a variety of sources to provide visibility into performance; present findings in clear, understandable, and actionable formats
- Craft SQL queries to generate custom reports and dashboards
What We Look For
- Undergraduate junior or senior or master’s candidate working towards a degree in a related field
- Curious, quick learner, self-starter
- Comfortable with a start-up environment; ability to switch gears quickly and pitch in where needed
- Strong SQL knowledge to manipulate and analyze data
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
