Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- The Quality Analyst will be responsible for monitoring field upgrades, analyzing and interpreting product quality data through the entire product lifecycle.
- Provides essential leadership and support for the data management activities of the Release Management Team.
- Collaborates with Engineering/Quality/CS teams and Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes
- Understand Enphase products and monitor field/factory data before and after software release
- Generate dashboard reports to identify issues and alert teams if any issues as result of the release
- Monitor metrics related to deployment
- Run queries in databases to generate target lists for software release to the field
- Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive product/process improvements.
- Document upgrade process, field monitoring process and factory release process
- Troubleshoot upgrade issues and escalate to Engg/Quality/CS teams as needed to drive corrective actions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree or higher in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or Computer Science
- 4+ years experience in a high-tech business role.
- Experience in solar inverter or automotive products will be an added advantage
- Seasoned analytical skills, superior oral and written communication skills and an infectious can-do approach to work
- Strong problem solving skills with an emphasis on product development.
- Ability to interpret and summarize presentations for executives
- Expert in SAS, ETL, data processing, database programming and data analytics
- Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis
- Able to understand various data structures and common methods in data transformation
- Excellent pattern recognition and predictive modelling skills
- Expert in programming languages such as Java/Python/R/SQL/Scala
- Expert in using business intelligence tools (e.g: Incorta, Tableau) and data frameworks (e.g. Hadoop)
- Using web services: Redshift
- Creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts and experience with applications to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders
- Collaborate and perform Software/Firmware field upgrade.
