We are looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who will be responsible to setup and manage client onboarding on Loyalty, Customer, Messaging, Prospect & Discovery platforms. This position will work with BSA and Delivery teams in US and Bangalore to implement the setup required for client onboarding and subsequent changes as required by the client teams.
Responsibilities:
- Works to discover, analyze and document client business requirements, and translating those needs into system and process solution designs.
- Setup the client environment, initial data and configuration of the platform.
- Designs and manages integration test cycles for new system including the creation of detailed test plans, test data sets, and documentation of test case results.
- Analyze & test real time web service API based on REST protocol for large transactional (OLTP) systems using advanced knowledge of SQL.
- Coordinates closely with internal stakeholder teams and external client teams to develop and document operational processes and change management plans during roll-out of system enhancements.
- Interfaces with client teams to assess ongoing business needs and translate those needs into systems requirements.
- Ensures high client satisfaction with change management planning, communication, execution, and service.
- Transitions final deliverables to the technical implementation team, ensuring they fully understand client requirements and details of the design and plan.
- Identifies, tracks and resolves project issues and risks.
- Employs Agile software development methodology to guide daily activities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science
- 6+ years of experience in development and implementation of Cloud platform /IT solutions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science
- 5+ years of business analysis experience in product implementation, client onboarding, data management, and technical understanding in these areas.
- Must have good understanding of Cloud (preferably AWS), Web Services, SQL , estimation techniques, various project planning tools, and process related aspects.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is required – Agile Scrum.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, able to multi-task, prioritize and able to quickly change priorities Quality of Work (Attention to Detail)
- Strong communication skills as well as a dedicated work ethic is a must.
- The ability to display strong problem solving skills and perform under pressure is required.
- Experiences in Loyalty / CRM domain is desirable.
