Digital Enablement within truly global & team with varied strengths accelerating Ericsson’s Supply business transformation, focusing on superior customer experience, and outstanding operational execution, and we are looking for Experienced Business Analysts to join us.

Join us to become part of a multi-functional team working on deploying new digital capabilities that will help transform Ericsson. As a business analyst, you will focus on bringing to bear the main components of digital capabilities: Digital Portfolio management, data, technology, and agile ways of working, with the purpose of helping the company build a better customer experience through more efficient operations. This role will give you a deep understanding of Ericsson’s business with a multidisciplinary team of role players along with the entire customer flow, enabling wide-ranging career opportunities.


What you will do

  • Support Supply Digital portfolio management defining strategies, roadmap and execution plans to deliver business value that improves customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Interact with business stakeholders to understand needs, problems, and areas of improvement
  • Facilitate workshops and deliver presentations to executive stakeholders
  • Conduct analyses of existing business flow to identify challenges and struggles and develop recommendations on how to address those
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and manage them together with the Project and Development team
  • Manage adoption activities of new digital tools across Ericsson


You will bring

  • 7+ years of relevant professional experience for instance working as a management consultant, business developer, or business analyst
  • Experience in delivering digital transformation projects, strategy or operational excellence projects, agile ways of working, and from working in the technology industry is advantageous
  • Excellent academic track record from globally recognized business or engineering schools. Preferably a higher Master’s degree. MBA is an advantage.
