Work Experience: Between 2 to 5 years Hands-on Experience in working in on-site in Cloud / Data Centre Operations & Maintenance activities
Training or Certification – Must have undergone CCNA or equivalent or Data Centre or Cloud Foundation, Openstack
IT computer networking – In charge of running servers, Leaf & Spine switches, routers etc
Troubleshooting skills – performing tests to identify and fix errors in large Data Centre with remote assistance – BIOS upgrades, Back-up restoration, Disaster Recovery, HW replacement etc.
Inventory management – Required to maintain accurate inventory of tools, equipment, and network devices
Communication skills – Able to understand MOP/SOP and work as per technical instructions given authorities
Experience – 2 to 6 years with good hands-on IP Networking skills must have worked for at least 1 year in Operations or Integration of Telecom or Enterprise Data Centre. Good overview of Telecom networks & connectivity for 2G & 4G
