We are hiring Site Engineer for Circle Core Operations!
Responsibility:
Troubleshooting Skills of PS/CS Core Nodes Deployed in Circle (VLR/GMSC/MME/PGW/DRA/STP)
Fault Handling in Co Ordination with NOC and Back Office team
Daily Report analysis and action plan for critical metric Dip
Change Request handling and Co-ordination with SRF Team for getting execution done.
Pre and Post testing for Change requests and impact analysis.
Ensuring Core Node Backup and Preventive maintenance Process.
Customer Complaint resolution in coordination with TSG team.
Adherence to Guideline shared by Customer /Central Team for aligning with Ericsson WoW.
Working in Shifts and being available 24X7 for handling Core Operations
Competence:
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of the CORE nodes in the network.
- Solid Understanding & application of Trace analysis using Wireshark traces.
- Proficient Knowledge of Interface and Call Flows of Core Network for basic troubleshooting skill
- Excellent skills in troubleshooting of Packet Data related issues.
- Excellent Knowledge of IMS Network & Striving for efficiency.
- Be responsible for being an integral part of a Team
- Manage a small team within area of responsibility & exhibit excellent teamwork
- Should have clear communication skills with shareholders and be able to get issues closed end to end.
- Empowered to work in Stress environment and take independent decisions.
- Customer Centricity and should have focus on resolving issues impacting end customer.
