About the role
We are looking for experienced business analytical professional to join our team working on global analytical projects for big accounts.
The person in this role will be working on BI solutions and data management and analytics processes within Real Estate domain.
The role would support projects across data acquisition, exploratory analysis, Insight/ Analysis creation and presenting key findings to project team and stakeholders.
Candidates will work across Data / Statistical tools , problem formulation, insight / model development and visualization / BI tools. Passion for understanding the why is key for successful applicants.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business and ensures there is integration between business and technology.
- Work closely with the clients to gather all the requirements and capture it thoroughly.
- Ability to understand business needs quickly and provide solutions.
- Create report templates and data gathering tools to meet desired future standard
- Experience with SQL with data acquisition and exploratory data analysis. Must have attention to detail as well as a nose for understanding complex datasets needed for analysis.
- Focus on continuous learning and development across Methods, Tools and Analytical problems.
- Manage current project deliverables, communicate roadblocks and find solutions to move projects forward
- Generate Daily reports, Weekly reports, MMR, QBR, ABR etc. and own the reports.
- Leverage data, statistical and visualization tools for building the project deliverables including
- Visualization dashboard with key dimension / metrics
- Analysis deck with key insights and actionable insights relevant to stakeholders
- Advanced analytics results including correlation, predictive and testing results
- Datasets for operationalizing analytical findings with stakeholder groups

Experience & Education :
- Bachelors degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Computer science, Other quantitative fields
- Masters degree preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in data and analysis in corporate and consulting settings
- 4+ years of experience with analytical problem formulation and analytics / insight development
- 4+ years of experience with data tools (SQL, Power BI etc.).
- 3+ years of experience in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint tools, Statistical tools (SAS / R / Python / Stata).
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau / Domo / Qlikview
- Good documentation skills.
- International work experience will be a plus
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Deep skills with managing data from multiple platforms, identifying anomalies, integrating datasets. Core SQL skills necessary to pull data from JLL, External and adhoc datsets.
- Analytical mindset driven to understand the data and building actionable insights
- Experience with the analytical tool kit across Data (SQL / Alteryx), Statistical (SAS / R / Python / Stata), Visualization (Tableau) and Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
- Commitment to learning including new analytical methods, tools and problems
- Should have business analysis skills and experience in modeling business processes.
