Team Lead – Pay Day
What this job involves:
Providing a roadmap for success
- A domain expert in Pay roll( Pay Day), you’ll be leading the way in exploring and adopting new technology tools, techniques. You will operate across areas within the practice or organization, Research and development to provide appropriate recommendations. Shape and execute on initiatives by analyzing existing processes and systems, helping assist the teams to build tools that are constituent-focused while also ensuring practicality within existing business rules. Working closely with business stakeholders & IT partners to support the development process and ensure that new digital capabilities and tools meet Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) as defined by the CoE team, as well as doing the necessary follow-through research and analysis
Manning people and operations
- You’ll lead by example by Work closely with managers, IT partners and business end users to determine best solution while guiding and following defined COE principles . You’ll need to establish a dynamic environment that promotes Continuous learning, team building skills and able to collaborate with business and IT resources to deliver program level objectives. You’ll also provide thought leadership and direction and Establish and promote best practices

Well-versed in Pay Roll (Pay Day) in People Soft
You have graduated with a degree in a related discipline or have a mix of formal education and work experience of more than ten years. At least seven years of previous work experience is required.
A technical and admin pro
A structured and organized approach with an eye for detail is crucial. Are you technology savvy? As the digital leader , we use a range of technology platforms to deliver our projects.
- Experience in working on people Soft , A good understanding of Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) to organize, manage, execute, report UAT and Smoke testing cycles for a given code release for JLL products & services, Conducting routine gap analysis on baseline regression test scenarios, mappings, scripts, automation , then you have a great chance of landing this job.

Critical in this role is to Identify and resolve project issues, Analyze complex business problems and determine a solution. You are resilient and can gather data and analyze business and user needs, Conduct post-project evaluation and routine gap analysis on baseline regression test scenarios, mappings, scripts, automation
