IT Business Analyst Sales

The Role
Reporting into Global Operational Services IT, the role of the IT Business Analyst is to be the SAP ERP Lead to Cash IT Support person in the IT APAC team.
Supporting mostly the Sales orders, pricing, rebates and trade promotion processes and reporting to the IT Manager – Lead to Cash will include but not be limited to.
- Configuration and support predominantly the SAP Sales Pricing and rebates environment.
- Troubleshooting issues between the integration between SAP ERP and other systems like SAP Commerce, EDI platforms (PI/PO)
- Supporting Sales order processing and logistics execution (Shipment costing) aspects of the system
- Resolve end user issues and increase effective use of core systems.
- Work closely with business process owners to review, analyse and enhance process design and usage.
About You
To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate the following.
- Mandatory hands-on SAP configuration skills with solid exposure to version ECC 6.0;
- Mandatory and above average pricing and rebates configuration skills and implementation experience
- Advantageous to be part of at least one full cycle SAP implementation
- Exposure or knowledge of SAP CRM / PI-PO (EDI) will be beneficial
- Strong understanding of SAP cross-module integration and master data.
- Solid communication skills with a proven track record in taking business requirements and transitioning them into operating systems.
- Previous key focus on managing internal stakeholders with a strong ability to develop solid relationships cross-functionally.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
