Role & responsibilities
Create actionable insights from data that helps:
Increase asset utilisation
Create pricing strategy
Asset uptime / availability
Risk management (collection/ recovery & bad debt)
Improve driver earnings by improving their performance
- Work with cities to roll out actionables
- Work with data analysts to create necessary dashboards
- Monitor progress and report implementation progress
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of experience in Finance, Consulting,
Banking, Business Intelligence / Operations or an MBA from top B-School.
- Experience in creating google sheets dashboards to ensure all sophisticated
calculations happen automatically and minimum manual interventions are
required.
- Experience in managing stakeholders, ability to communicate effectively
regarding problems upfront, share impact and TAT on resolution with
stakeholders.
- Mindset to guide, groom and empower direct/ indirect reports and enable
them to solve past/ present errors.
- Strong ability to navigate through ambiguity and come up with scaled reliable
solutions, a solution driven approach on how we can’.
- Ability to prioritise tasks based on urgency and impact and keep the team’s
focus on delivering them one by one without the need of follow ups
