THE POSITION:
- Candidate should have min 4Yrs experience as Data Scientist
- Candidate should have min 4Yrs experience in NLP and Text Analytics
- Job Location : Pune (Koregaon Park) or Bangalore (Bellandur)
- Work Culture : Hybrid
- Notice Period : 0 to 15 days
Specific Responsibilities include:
- Develop cutting edge text mining, text analytics, NLP, NLU and time series machine learning models.
- Deploy Research and apply appropriate transfer learning techniques to improve model performance training sets
- Manage the creation, development, testing and iterative improvement to our multi-language training set for machine learning solutions that power our core product
- Create model comparison benchmarks and model selection processes
- Ability to assess stakeholder requirements and translate them into recommendations for analysis.
- Ability to assess development timelines and communicate them to various stakeholders effectively.
- Research latest developments in AI and NLP to keep innovating our solutions and offerings
Professional Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Text Analytics and NLP modeling and processing from the creation of the dataset to the final model in production
- 3+ years of data science experience, developing machine learning models, including deep learning models and working with time series data
- Strong data pre-processing and data manipulation skills
- Strong knowledge of Python and relevant to data science Python packages and tools (Specifically NLTK, Spacy, Scikit Learn, LSTMs, Transformers etc.), including data visualization (Plotly, Dash or Business intelligence tools like Grafana or Apache Superset)
- SQL Knowledge
- Understanding of Cloud Platforms (e.g. Azure / AWS) and ability to use them for developing, training and testing deep learning models. Specifically understanding of building serverless APIs, usage and deployment of containers etc.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch
- Familiarity with autoML tools is a plus
- Understanding and experience of the principles of data strategy and architecture and documenting code.
Also need to have
- Track record of managing data project delivery including ability to meet deadlines, overcome challenges, manage stakeholder expectations and produce clear deliverables
- Agile methodologies.
- Ability to develop new ideas into structured deliverables
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Great to have Qualifications:
- Experience in Social data analysis like Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Amazon reviews
- Experience w: AWS, Docker, Git, Jupyter, APIs, Azure.
Previous experience in NLP projects to extract behaviours, intentions, trends, correlations and relevant insights from text and social data.
